Issuer Onboarding Guide

Welcome

Issuer onboarding is the first step before you can submit financing applications on CashSouk. Issuers use the platform to raise financing against eligible invoices or facilities.

Before You Start

There is a RM 150 onboarding fee before the issuer onboarding flow starts. This fee is separate from future financing application fees and note repayment activity.

You can onboard as:

  • Individual account: for a single person account.
  • Company account: for a business account with company information, directors, shareholders, and controllers where required.

What You Will Do

During onboarding, you may be asked to:

  • provide personal or company details,
  • complete identity or business verification,
  • provide director, shareholder, or controller details for company accounts,
  • accept declarations and platform terms,
  • provide supporting information requested by compliance checks.

Review Outcome

After submission, your onboarding will be reviewed. The result can be:

  • Approved: you can access issuer features and create financing applications.
  • Follow-up required: you may need to provide updated or missing information.
  • Rejected: your onboarding cannot proceed based on the review outcome.

After Approval

Once approved, you can create a financing application. When you submit a financing application, a RM 50 application fee will be required. This fee will be implemented after the payment gateway is ready.

Submitting a financing application does not guarantee listing or funding. The application still goes through admin review, offer acceptance, and note preparation before it can become available to investors.
