Understand your portfolio
Portfolio shows your cash, commitments, realised profit or loss, and every cash movement for the selected organisation.
Cash and invested totals
The top bar has three figures:
- Cash balance — available cash you can invest or withdraw. It excludes reserved and invested amounts.
- Invested — cash in notes. The detail line splits confirmed (an active or completed investment) and reserved (committed to a listing that has not yet finished funding).
- Profit & loss — realised result from settled positions. When an average annual rate is shown, it is calculated from those results. It is not a forecast.
Select Deposit to open Add cash, or Withdraw to send available cash to your bank.
Investments
The Investments tab groups positions into Active and Completed.
Open a position to see the note details, dates, and documents. From there you can View prospectus. After the note is funded and disbursed, Investment Note Certificate appears when the file is ready. After settlement you may also see the Settlement breakdown and Investment Settlement Confirmation.
Statuses on the cards follow the note’s servicing state. Arrears or default on a position means the issuer’s repayment is late or the note has been marked as default. That does not by itself change your reserved or confirmed cash figures until settlement posts.
Transactions
The Transactions tab lists cash movements. Filter by:
- Deposit — money added by FPX, including Verifying, Needs review, Refunding, and Refunded.
- Withdrawal — cash sent to your bank, from Awaiting approval through Paid.
- Investment — a commitment. Titles include Investment committed and Investment confirmed.
- Investment returns — settlement paid back to you.
- Investment returned — reserved cash released, usually because funding failed.
Each row shows the signed amount and, where relevant, the note reference.
Position detail
The position page repeats the note identity, your commitment, and activity for that note only. Settlement lines can list principal, net profit, and any Ta'widh (late-payment compensation). Use this page, not only the marketplace card, once you have committed.
Common questions
Why is Invested higher than the notes that look active?
Reserved commitments stay in Invested until the listing succeeds or the cash is released.
Does Profit & loss include notes that have not settled?
No. It reflects realised results. Advertised rates on open notes are not added here.
Where do I download a statement?
On Transactions, select Download statement and choose a period.
Can I see another organisation’s portfolio here?
No. Switch organisation in the sidebar first. Totals are per organisation.
