Get Financed
What this is
Get Financed is how you start a financing request in CashSouk Issuer. The first step in every application is Financing Type: you choose the financing product. Each product defines its own steps after that (different order, different screens, different requirements). Every workflow ends with Declarations before you can submit. The progress bar shows exactly what your chosen product needs.
Until you submit, the application stays Draft. You can leave and come back later. Open Application in the sidebar to see all your applications, open one, and continue where you left off.
After submit, the team reviews the request. Funding is not guaranteed.
You need a verified organization with onboarding Completed before Get Financed is available. For company accounts, the CashSouk team or the portal may ask you to add or update directors, shareholders, or other parties (for example new parties or details aligned with SSM). Complete those steps in Profile when prompted, or you can be blocked at Submit or during review. Platform fees may apply when payment is turned on for application submission.
Start from Get Financed
- Open the issuer portal.
- Click Get Financed on the dashboard, or open Application in the sidebar and click Get Financed there.
- On New Application, read the product descriptions and select the product that matches your request. Compare products if you are unsure, because the steps that follow depend on that choice.
- Click Save and Continue. The portal creates your application, records Financing Type from the product you chose, and opens the editor on the next step your product requires. The top bar lists the full workflow for that product, always starting with Financing Type.
Use Save and Continue to move forward and Back to fix an earlier screen.
Draft applications and the Application list
Application in the sidebar is your list of financing requests. Drafts sit there together with submitted and other statuses. Open one to resume the editor and pick up where you stopped. While the application is still Draft, your progress is kept for the next visit.
After Financing Type
Follow the progress bar. The middle steps are only what your product includes. Examples you might see (not every product has all of them) include Company Details, Business & Guarantor Details, Financial Statements, Upload Supporting Documents, Provide Facility and Customer Details, Upload invoice, or a Financing Structure style question. Your product may use other labels or skip some of these entirely.
On Company Details, if a director or shareholder is missing a government ID, enter it on that step or open Organisation to finish it on the company people list.
On Facility and Customer Details, enter the customer SSM / registration number first. If a verified Paymaster exists, identity fills in and stays locked. If none exists, enter the identity for this application. Related-party is a separate Yes / No for your organisation.
Invoice tenure
When a product asks for invoice details:
- Enter the invoice due date — when your customer is due to pay this invoice. That date stays an invoice fact for CashSouk. It is not the public note maturity investors see.
- Choose a financing tenure of 30 to 180 days, in 15-day steps. It must cover the time until that invoice due date. The period starts when funds are disbursed.
- The requested financing cannot exceed 80% of invoice value.
- CashSouk may adjust the tenure in the final offer.
Before disbursement, listings show "{n} days from disbursement". Maturity is the Malaysia bank value date plus that tenure. How profit is counted after disbursement — including a worked example of what you pay if you settle early — is in From Approved Application to Repayment.
When you see Financing Structure
Some products ask How would you like to apply for financing? with three choices. Use the one that matches your situation.
Set up a new facility Start a facility CashSouk has not approved yet. Enter facility and customer details only. Invoice details are not part of this application. After the facility is approved, use Finance an invoice from the facility page.
Finance an invoice from an approved facility When you already have an approved CashSouk facility. Choose it in Select an existing facility. Each application finances one invoice. The chooser shows left to draw (remaining credit) and left on contract (remaining allocation). To finance another invoice against the same facility, start a new application from the facility page. This choice stays visible but disabled until you have an approved facility.
Finance one invoice without a facility When the product supports invoice-led financing without a facility. You still complete customer or paymaster details where the product requires them.
On an approved facility, a draft invoice that is over remaining credit or remaining allocation can be saved but not submitted. After submit, that amount is reserved until the offer is rejected, withdrawn, expired, or marketplace funding fails (default 14-day listing window). Repayment frees credit; settled invoice face still uses contract allocation.
Declarations and submit
The last step is Declarations. Tick every box, then Submit. The application is no longer Draft and goes to the team for review. Check Application for the latest status.
If you get Amendment requested, fix what they flagged and Resubmit. When offers are ready, review them from the application Offer tab.
Reviewing an offer
How you accept depends on the type of offer.
New facility, or an invoice without a facility CashSouk may ask you to upload acceptance documents and complete signing. Follow the steps in Review offer. Anyone who needs to sign receives an email with a signing link.
Invoice on an approved facility You do not sign again. Review the commercial terms. Utilisation terms and conditions are available from Read utilisation terms and conditions and in the offer letter. Tick both confirmations, open Read full authorisation, and tap Confirm and continue before Accept is available. Then choose the director or authorised signatory who is accepting. A 6-digit verification code is emailed to that person. Enter the code to accept. Anyone in your organisation can start this, but the code must go to the chosen signatory. Codes expire after 10 minutes. You can request a new code if needed.
You can Decline an offer without the confirmations or a verification code.
Application summary You can download a PDF summary of the application at any time. It includes the application details, CashSouk remarks and requested changes, and a history of what happened. It is a record for you to review — not the offer letter and not a signed agreement.
Download it from Review offer, from the application page (including Documents), and later from the note page after the invoice is listed.
