When CashSouk asks for application changes
If CashSouk cannot approve a section as submitted, the application is sent back for changes. You edit only the flagged sections, acknowledge each one, then select Resubmit for Review. There is no second processing fee.
Before you start
You will usually receive Amendment Requested. On Applications the card shows Needs changes. The Status filter for the same state is Action Required.
Open Make amendments. Do not start a new application for the same request.
What you can edit
The wizard shows only the work CashSouk asked for. Flagged steps open with Amendment required and the remarks from the CashSouk team.
Sections that were not flagged show This section is view only. Use Continue to reach the next flagged step, or use the stepper to jump to a step that still needs changes.
Change the documents, figures or answers named in the remarks. Leave other fields as they are unless a remark says otherwise.
Acknowledge each flagged section
When you finish a flagged step and continue, the portal records that you have acknowledged it. Resubmit for Review stays unavailable until every flagged section is acknowledged.
If you skip a flagged step, go back to it from the stepper. The remarks stay at the top of that step until you have dealt with them.
Resubmit for Review
On the final step, select Resubmit for Review. The application returns to the CashSouk team. The card shows Resubmitted — waiting for review.
There is no Resubmitted option in the Status filter. Leave filters cleared, or look in the main Applications list, to find that card.
You should receive Application Resubmitted. Watch Applications for the next offer, another change request, or a decision.
Fees and withdrawal
The one-time Application processing fee is not charged again after an amendment request.
You can still Withdraw while withdrawal is allowed. After a facility or invoice is approved, Withdraw is no longer available.
Drafts that were never submitted use Delete draft instead.
Acceptance-document updates
If the offer is already out and CashSouk only needs different acceptance files or representative names, that is not the same as an application amendment. You will see Changes requested and Update requested changes. Follow Reviewing offers and completing signing.
Common questions
Why can I not open every step?
CashSouk only unlocked the sections that need changes. View-only steps are there for reference.
What if I disagree with a remark?
You can still resubmit after you have acknowledged the flagged steps. Use the chat launcher or Help if you need the CashSouk team to clarify a remark before you change a file.
Will I lose the original application?
No. You are updating the same application. The reference stays the same.
Can I add a second invoice while making amendments?
Do not add invoices unless a remark asks you to. New invoice applications take one invoice.
