Issuer application and financing statuses
Applications and financing use different status lists. Applications tracks the request and offer. Financing tracks the facility or invoice note after it exists.
On Applications, the card often uses plainer wording than the Status filter. Filter by the name in brackets when you need to find that card. Financing uses the same labels on the card and in its filter.
Application statuses
Draft — you have not submitted. Select Continue editing. You can Delete draft.
Submitted — waiting for review (Submitted) — CashSouk has the first submission. Wait.
Resubmitted — waiting for review — you sent changes back. Wait. There is no Resubmitted filter. Leave filters cleared to find this card.
We're reviewing this (Under Review) — review is in progress. Wait unless Needs your attention says otherwise.
Needs changes (Action Required) — CashSouk asked for application changes. Select Make amendments.
Waiting for your response (Offer Received) — an offer is waiting. Select Review Facility Offer or Review Invoice Offer.
Changes requested — CashSouk asked for acceptance-document or representative updates on an offer that is already out. Select Update requested changes. The Status filter for this card is still Offer Received.
Offer expired (Offer Expired) — the acceptance or signing deadline passed. You cannot accept it. Contact the CashSouk team.
Facility approved — the facility is in force and this application has no invoice yet. Use Finance an invoice on the facility when you are ready. The Status filter for this card is Completed.
Completed (Completed) — required offers for this application are finished.
You declined this offer (Declined) — you declined. That offer path is closed.
Withdrawn (Withdrawn) — you withdrew the application or invoice.
Not approved (Rejected) — CashSouk did not approve the application.
Archived applications are not shown in the issuer list.
Financing statuses
These labels appear on Financing > Facilities and Invoices.
Draft — the facility or invoice record is not yet in review.
Action required — you must act. Examples: review an offer, make application changes, pay an Upfront facility fee, or deal with a late repayment.
Pending approval — CashSouk is still reviewing.
Pending listing — the invoice note exists but is not open to investors.
In progress — the note is listed and funding is open.
Funded — funding closed successfully. Disbursement has not necessarily been paid. Wait for activation.
Active — the facility is in force, or the note is activated and being serviced.
Arrears — the note has missed its repayment timetable.
Completed — the note is repaid and settled.
Unsuccessful — the note is no longer live. That includes a listing that did not fund, a withdrawn or rejected invoice, or a cancelled note.
A note marked as default also shows Unsuccessful on Financing. You will also receive Your Note Is in Default. The badge is the portal label, not a separate Default status.
A facility can look Active and still block Finance an invoice if it is disabled or an upfront fee is outstanding. In that case it is treated as Action required.
What you should do
- If the card is in Needs your attention, open that card first.
- Use Applications for drafts, amendments, offers and signing.
- Use Financing for listing, disbursement, facility limits and repayment.
Quote the APP-, CON-, INV- or NOTE- reference when you contact CashSouk.
Common questions
Why does the filter say Offer Received when the card says Waiting for your response?
They are the same state. The card uses plainer language. Filter by Offer Received to find those cards, including Changes requested offer updates.
Why is a funded invoice not Active yet?
Funded means the listing closed. Active comes after CashSouk activates the note and starts servicing.
Where is Default?
There is no financing badge called Default. A defaulted note shows Unsuccessful. The inbox title is Your Note Is in Default.
Can one application show more than one status?
The card shows the most urgent state. Open the application to see each invoice or facility offer.
