Investor documents and where to find them
Investment documents sit on the note or the position. Legal documents you accepted at onboarding sit under Organisation.
Prospectus
The prospectus is the disclosure for a listed note. Read it before you commit.
On Marketplace, select View prospectus on the card. The Invest dialog also links the word prospectus. After you invest, open the position from Portfolio and select View prospectus again.
The file is available while the listing has a published prospectus. If the button fails, the file is not ready — try again later or contact the CashSouk team with the NOTE- reference.
Investment Note Certificate
The Investment Note Certificate is the certificate for your confirmed position. It is not shown on an open marketplace card.
Open the position under Portfolio. The Investment Note Certificate button appears when the file status is ready. That is after the note has funded and disbursement has taken place, and CashSouk has issued the certificate. If the button is missing, the file is not available yet.
Investment Settlement Confirmation
The Investment Settlement Confirmation is the PDF of what was credited after settlement.
It appears on the position when the confirmation is ready, with the settlement date and View and Download. The same page shows Settlement breakdown (principal, service fee, net profit, and any Ta'widh). A Settlement Posted notice means settlement has been posted; the PDF follows when generation finishes.
Legal documents
Accepted user-agreement and related legal files are listed under Organisation > Documents. They are not the same as note certificates.
If legal documents are updated, the organisation owner reviews Updated legal documents before a new investment. The account remains active. See When legal documents are updated.
What you will see
Use Portfolio for note files and Organisation for account legal files. Filenames and dates on the PDF are the record to keep. Quote NOTE- references if you need the CashSouk team to locate a file.
Investor note documents are the prospectus, Investment Note Certificate, and Investment Settlement Confirmation.
Common questions
Why is there no certificate on a reserved investment?
The certificate is issued for a confirmed position after funding and disbursement. A reserved commitment on an open listing does not have this button yet.
Can I download the prospectus after the listing closes?
Yes, from the position, while the published prospectus remains available. Use View prospectus on that page.
Where is the confirmation if settlement is posted but I see no PDF?
Wait until Investment Settlement Confirmation shows on the position. If it does not appear, contact the CashSouk team with the NOTE- reference.
Are these documents emailed?
Investment PDFs are collected in the portal. Some settlement and account events also create notifications. Do not rely on email as the only copy.
