Investor Onboarding Guide
Welcome
Investor onboarding prepares your account so you can view investment opportunities and invest through CashSouk after approval.
No Onboarding Fee
Investors are not charged an onboarding fee.
After your onboarding is approved, you must deposit at least RM 100 to unlock your account. This RM 100 remains your money and can be used for investments once your account is active.
Choose Your Account Type
You can onboard as:
- Individual account: for a single person investing under their own name.
- Company account: for a business or organisation investing through a company account.
What You Will Do
During onboarding, you may be asked to:
- provide personal or company details,
- complete identity or business verification,
- provide bank account information,
- answer investor suitability questions,
- accept declarations and platform terms,
- provide company, director, shareholder, or controller details where required.
Review Outcome
After submission, your onboarding will be reviewed. The result can be:
- Approved: you can proceed to deposit at least RM 100 and unlock the account.
- Follow-up required: you may need to update or provide missing information.
- Rejected: your onboarding cannot proceed based on the review outcome.
After Your Account Is Unlocked
Once approved and funded with the minimum RM 100 deposit, you can use the available balance to invest in eligible notes. The deposit is not a fee and can be applied toward investments.
