Navigate the Investor Portal
The Investor Portal sidebar is how you move between cash, listings, and settings. Some items stay locked until onboarding is far enough along.
Work
Dashboard is the home page. During onboarding it shows the stepper and, after approval, Make Your First Deposit. When the account is active it summarises cash, recent investments, and any company People actions still required.
Activity lists milestones across onboarding and investments. Use it to confirm that verification, deposits, and note events have been recorded.
Marketplace is where you browse published notes and select Invest. During later review this item may unlock so you can look at listings. You cannot commit until the account is approved and you have made a first successful deposit.
Portfolio is where you see Cash balance, commitments, and Transactions. It unlocks on the same schedule as Marketplace.
Settings
Organisation holds the organisation profile, People for company directors and shareholders, Banking, and accepted legal Documents. See Team members and organisation roles for invites.
My account is for your sign-in details. Change your password here. The email address cannot be changed in the portal. Two-factor authentication is required and cannot be turned off. Marketing emails is also on this page.
Help opens the CashSouk Help Center in a new tab. It stays available even while other items are locked. You can also use the portal chat launcher.
Invest now and locks
The sidebar footer shows Available balance and Invest now, which opens Marketplace.
Until you finish verification, most work items stay locked. A lock tooltip explains the next step, such as accepting the user agreement or completing identity verification.
While the account is under review, Dashboard and Activity are available. During later review, Marketplace, Portfolio, Organisation, and My account may unlock so you can browse listings or finish People and banking details. Investing stays locked until the account is approved.
After approval, the full menu unlocks. Investing itself still needs a first successful deposit.
What you will see
The header switcher lets you move between a Personal Account and any Company Account you have added. Locked items show a lock icon rather than opening the page.
Common questions
Why is Marketplace locked?
You have not finished verification, or the account is still in early review. Complete the step named in the lock tooltip.
Why does Invest now stay unavailable after I can open the Dashboard?
Invest now waits until the account is approved. You also need a first successful deposit before a commitment will go through.
Where do I get help without unlocking the rest of the portal?

Where do I change my password?
Open My account and select Change password.
